If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase after it is delivered, you may file for a replacement within (30) business days and receive a replacement at no additional cost. Depending on the size of the return Dogs and Wine does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee of 20%. Orders older than 30 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. Dogs and Wine does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.
To return your merchandise, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of our 30 day policy.
You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase, EST. We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.

We cannot Cancel or exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production. Please review our RETURN POLICY.
CHANGE MY ORDER
You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will confirm your changes have been made.
Our global facilities allow us to provide fast Shipping to most locations around the world! Our manufacturing facilities are located in the US, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and Mexico. We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods throughout the world. Postage will be priced according to location. Majority of orders are generally delivered in 7-10 business days. Please note, while most of our orders are delivered within 7 business days depending on your location, production of your products can take up to 10 business days.
Please note that during holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform. Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking link AFTER your product has been manufactured to check your order status.
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
- If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement 2 Day Air.
If you have received a promotion offer CODE, you may redeem your discount ONLY at the time of Checkout in your Cart Discount section.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal. We do not provide invoices through our eCommerce platform.
